Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Account Payable Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end account payable and expenses process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of Accounts Payable vendor invoices and internal expenses in line with firm policies and procedures.
  • Investigating and resolving ad hoc invoicing queries and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Providing regular training and guidance to offshore AP team members and business partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Accounts Payable or finance role within a large organisation.
  • End to end AP and intercompany processing experiences highly desirable.
  • Proven analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business at all levels.

Desirable Skills

The following skills would be advantageous:

  • Experience in a professional services environment.
  • Good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
