Our clients typically have fewer than 50 employees and use our service to hire great talent at an affordable price.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate professionally.
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns for timely candidate outreach.
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations.
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops.
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work.
