This pivotal role involves overseeing user management, designing efficient workflow structures, configuring projects, refining billing systems, integrating tools, providing end-user support, ensuring governance compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and ITSM principles, with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Jira/Atlassian administration.

The successful applicant will also demonstrate expertise in scripting, automation, and problem-solving, as well as excellent English communication skills for training non-technical users.

In this remote work setup, a reliable home office environment and stable internet connection are essential.

Bachelor's degree and Atlassian certifications in Jira Software/Jira Service Management are highly desirable but not required.
