Job Description

As a seasoned NetSuite professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial infrastructure of our organization. Your expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite will enable us to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise-wide applications.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for system processes and configurations.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues related to finance and accounting systems.
Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support

Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems. Identify potential solutions and present them to both Business and IT stakeholders. Work with various teams to investigate finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go live.
  • Participating in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good functional and configuration-level understanding of one or more areas, including but not limited to, ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Experience in JavaScript or any other programming language is essential.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and possess strong interpersonal skills to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Self-motivated individual who can thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with both technical and non-technical parties required.
