Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled cloud engineer to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud infrastructure, leading technical projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project configurations, including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types using Jira.
  • Provide support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows.
  • Gather and refine workflow requirements through direct user engagement.
  • Post-migration support and administration of SaaS platforms.
  • Integrate user onboarding with Okta and Active Directory, significantly improving provisioning and access management.
  • Leverage AWS-native tools and best practices to ensure secure, seamless, and cost-efficient migrations with minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience covering migration, design, and administration of Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.
  • Good collaboration & communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices and architectural design.
