Compensation and Benefits Administrator

This position is responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits programs for Alta Resources Corp.
- Provides overall support in the area of compensation and benefits.
- Acts as a day-to-day interface for Human Resources and leadership/employees for compensation and benefits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversight of benefit enrollments and terminations.
- Serves as a liaison between employees and different government and insurance agencies.
- Explains benefits to employees.
- Assists in the negotiation process with vendors for company benefits.
- Performs monthly benefit audits to ensure appropriate enrollment in benefit plans.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other business-related degree.
- Two years of Human Resources experience, preferably in compensation, benefits, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
