The primary function of the Customer Service Associate is to provide exceptional service to clients in relation to their banking needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing various financial transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, payments and other miscellaneous services
  • Assisting with activities like scanning, filing of documents and other bank-related tasks
  • Verifying the authenticity of all received notes and checks
  • Suggesting additional banking products to existing clients
  • Referring clients with inquiries or interest in other banking services
  • Providing a superior customer experience to all clients
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field with preference for business-related courses
  • No prior work experience required but relevant customer service experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and innovation
  • Able to interact effectively with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
  • Willingsness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within the area
