Job Overview

The Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the recruitment team, driving strategic direction, and ensuring operational efficiency. This individual will be responsible for managing the team's performance, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement team metrics to inform executive leadership decisions, drive daily/weekly/monthly goals, and ensure client-specific SLAs are met
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues, identifying optimal solutions that benefit both parties
  • Support recruiters by allocating workload, forecasting volume, and planning headcount to meet business needs
  • Deliver performance optimization for team members, setting KPIs, devising development plans, and providing mentoring as required
  • Recruit and onboard new staff, ensuring effective training processes minimize disruption and improve time to productivity
  • Maintain and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs regarding effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction
  • Perform managerial duties, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and managing recruitment teams
  • Ensure the team meets established goals and metrics through regular communication and participation in daily huddles and team meetings
  • Serve as the front-line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups
  • Develop recruitment strategies and processes to enhance outcomes
  • Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to foster partnership success
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with business objectives
  • Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships, able to interpret data from various internal and external sources and predict trends
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance
  • Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes, helping local and US clients
  • Experience interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters
