Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

The Senior Recruiter will serve as a central point of leadership for a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
  • Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence, setting the standard for the team.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to serve as an example for the team.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
