Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting qualified vendors for the procurement of quality containers/chassis, creating, receiving, and maintaining vendor profiles in the database.
  • Extending sales solicitations to encompass operational functions required for transaction fulfillment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using the company's system to ensure effective follow-up and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and Cost Specialists, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking and reporting procurement and delivery status to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Container Sales/Intermodal Chassis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record of achieving positive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time and Eastern Standard Time.
  • Call Center/Outbound call experience (preferred).
