Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Accounting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to reconcile daily credit card and deposit activity.

The successful candidate will provide valuable support to our Controller in various accounting and finance-related tasks, including financial audit support, assistance with month-end close procedures, and development of standard operating procedures.

About This Role
  • Daily reconciliation of credit card and deposit transactions, including purchases, accrued interest, fees, payments, and money movements.
  • Financial audit support for the Controller.
  • Assistance with month-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and tax filings.
  • Development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
