Job Overview

This role encompasses strategic planning, execution, and closure of IT projects. As a seasoned project lead, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve software issues, leveraging technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Process Development: Establish and maintain internal guidelines, documentation, and best practices to promote operational consistency and team efficiency.

  • Compliance: Ensure that applications meet relevant security standards and regulations, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the organization's assets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including Security Architects, to drive project success and foster a culture of collaboration.

  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the community.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management, contributing to the organization's overall objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent

  • At least 2-years experience as a Project Manager; with background as Developer

  • Experience and knowledge of IT system development and operations, project management, and project methodology

  • Knowledge in Quality Management / Cybersecurity / ISO 27001 is desirable

  • Background in Data Analysis and Reporting; Waterfall, Agile, Scrum Methodology

  • Background in PMBOK; Certifications in PMP / CAPM is advantage
