Business Operations Director

This key leadership role ensures efficient and effective business operations while maintaining high standards of service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will oversee cross-functional teams, optimize operational workflows, and drive continuous improvements to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service standards, staffing, and customer experience.

  • Monitor sales performance, manage costs, and ensure profitability.

  • Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Support menu planning, inventory management, and supplier partnerships.

  • Develop and lead staff training programs, scheduling, and performance management.

Warehouse Management:

  • Manage warehouse processes, including inventory control, storage, and order fulfillment.

  • Ensure accurate stock rotation, tracking, and minimal losses.

  • Implement safety and security protocols for warehouse facilities.

  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization.

Logistics and Strategy:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and accurate deliveries.

  • Manage partnerships with logistics providers and suppliers.

  • Optimize routes, schedules, and fleet utilization.

  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all functions.

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Lead and motivate teams across multiple functions to deliver results.

  • Work closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
