Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and excellent writing skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide operational and administrative support mainly to the content subdomain of Product Marketing.
  • To create, copywrite, and manage content for various channels and platforms including but not limited to website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals.
  • To assist in the other functions of Product Marketing, i.e. product roadmap and planning, competitor research, especially if the task is heavy on product content.
  • To help operationalize/execute all product marketing work plans.
  • To pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies and execute product launch activities.
  • To give creative ideas on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collaterals.
  • To help manage and track collaterals, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, and alert the Product Marketing Manager for issues that need attention.
  • To ensure that all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in product marketing, especially in the area of product content/content writing/copywriting. Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Can multi-task.
  • Methodical, meticulous and well-organized.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Persistent and resourceful.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Can render overtime whenever needed.
