Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing compelling stories that engage our audience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Create and maintain content calendars and publication schedules
  • Generate, edit, publish and share content (images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Work closely with visual specialists to curate and illustrate content
  • Repurpose previously published content into new posts
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of companys social content
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and acting on the information

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in social media management, editing, copywriting, publishing or marketing, growing audiences and engagement.
  • An Experienced content, copywriter, or story teller (Preferred)
  • A passion for storytelling
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, with absolute mastery of English
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of major marketing channels
  • A love of doing good for the world by helping nonprofits create a greater impact
  • Experienced on Canva, Hootsuite, Asana and Time Tracking
  • Newsletters Generating newsletters to promote content and product offerings
  • Podcasting Producing, publishing and promoting a podcast
  • WordPress Posting/publishing content
  • Nonprofit Working in/with nonprofit organizations
