  • Estimate out-of-pocket insurance costs using proprietary tools
  • Match patients with suitable therapists based on location, specialty, and insurance compatibility
  • Schedule evaluations and follow-ups using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and calendar tools
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and outcomes across multiple practices
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple systems
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM), scheduling tools, and communication platforms
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
