Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as a Director of Finance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clarity, discipline, and scalable systems that support our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and insightful monthly financials by owning and executing a standardized monthly close process.
  • Maintain and optimize cash flow strategy through weekly-updated rolling forecasts.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting across the business by planning and launching annual budgeting cycles.
  • Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows by documenting core finance processes and implementing streamlined systems.
  • Drive profit optimization across departments by delivering monthly EBITDA analysis and partnering with leaders to implement cost-saving initiatives.
Competencies and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax regulations, and audit standards.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
