Job Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Content Leader to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth and thought leadership.
This is not a role for those who simply write blog posts and call it a day. We are looking for a seasoned storyteller with the ability to turn insights into compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including articles, reports, case studies, and social media posts.
- Content Distribution: Distribute content across various channels, including LinkedIn, email, website, events, and paid advertising.
- Content Measurement and Optimization: Track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content for better engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Content Calendar: Plan, create, and distribute content on a consistent basis to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Drive Business Results: Align content with business goals and objectives to drive pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with sales, founders, and operations teams to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
- Measure and Optimize: Track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content for better engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in copywriting, content strategy, or social media.
- 4-6 Years of Experience: 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of building and executing successful content programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to switch between formal and informal tone.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform content decisions.
