We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead and motivate a team of Executive Assistants in delivering top-notch service.

About the Role:

This leadership position requires guiding team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

  • Lead and motivate a team of Executive Assistants to achieve high standards in delivering exceptional service.
  • Offer tailored coaching to support VAs based on their experience and industry needs.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions.
  • Set measurable performance goals and track team progress to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns and implementing solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms, managing teams across different time zones.
