Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our luxury wellness retreat project. This includes creating and implementing a full-funnel approach to generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.

  • Develop a robust content calendar, transforming raw video and photo content into optimized social media posts.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms, utilizing paid advertising campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent English communication and copywriting skills, as well as a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive results-oriented marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement campaign goals.

The selected candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, including a strong background in digital marketing strategy. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are also essential.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving online marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
