We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of work experience in HR, with a strong background in managing large accounts within a BPO setting.

The successful candidate will have experience working in HR within the BPO industry, with a solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and Government Mandated Benefits. Strong analytical skills, particularly in HR Analytics, Reports, Attrition Analysis, and computing metrics, are also required.

A degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology is preferred, but not mandatory. However, the candidate must be knowledgeable in Human Resources, including Case Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve HR processes and outcomes.
