Influencer Collaboration Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Collaboration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with influencers.

  • This is a full-time remote role with the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking global brand making an impact in the microdosing and recreational psilocybin space.
About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing influencer marketing efforts, including research, outreach, and campaign management. They will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign results.

  • Proactively research and identify influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns at once.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends.
