Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for influencer marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Identify and engage relevant influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners to drive successful partnerships.
  • Manage project timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it meets brand identity and campaign messaging standards.
  • Analyze performance data using analytics tools to generate reports and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
