About the Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead influencer partnerships and develop innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills to foster strong partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
