We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers throughout their entire customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers across multiple channels. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and provide valuable insights to contribute to product improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in influencer marketing platforms to deliver high-quality training sessions and onboarding programs
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are utilizing the platform effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Contribute to product roadmap by identifying recurring issues and gathering customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support or marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking and presentation delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform decision-making
