
Executive Operations Manager

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center. This includes managing relationships with clients, supervising operations managers and team leaders, and ensuring that performance metrics are met.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and implement practical solutions. You should have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving strategies, and streamlining workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall performance of the contact center, including meeting/exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Supervise and coach operations managers and team leaders to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Implement process improvements and changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in improving operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving strategies, and streamlining workflows
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large teams and interact with senior leadership
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in using KPIs, performance metrics, and data analytics to inform operational decisions
- Masters degree or certifications in operations management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
