About the Role:
Provides senior-level leadership and direction for business operations.
Manages daily aspects of the company, overseeing profit and loss, and execution of the business plan.
Establishes clear expectations, fosters effective communication, and resolves conflicts to maintain a cohesive team environment.

Execute plans and strategies, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a consistent pace or cadence, driving momentum and achieving desired outcomes.

Implement and enforce operating systems across the organization, ensuring consistency and adherence.
Align efforts towards a unified goal, driving collective success and achievement.
Guarantee smooth day-to-day operations, resolving issues promptly to maintain productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Business, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
Master's Degree and post-graduate certification are advantageous but not required.
At least 20 years of experience in business operations and people management.
Familiarity with EOS is essential.
10 years of experience in a Management position with a strong track record of progressive business management, people building, and process integration.
5 years of experience as a General Manager or COO.
Experience in FMCG or Distribution (wholesale-retail) industry is required.
High integrity in work delivery.
Highly analytical and capable of making informed decisions.
Role model with respect for people, effective communicator, and team player.
