Job Summary

To oversee and support the execution of day-to-day branch operations—including customer engagement, sales performance, inventory control, team supervision, and administrative compliance.

Management Trainees are expected to successfully complete structured training programs and pass certification requirements in branch operational procedures as enablers to supervise teams and deliver on the retail scorecard.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Participate and complete successfully structured training programs and pass certification assessments in branch operations, customer service standards, and compliance protocols as a prerequisite to supervisory responsibilities.
  2. Delivery every training phase performance and result requirements according to the design of the training.
  3. Support daily branch operations by assisting in team scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  4. Supervise frontline staff and store activities upon certification, ensuring quality service, task delegation, and team productivity.
  5. Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction by responding to client concerns, ensuring service quality, and implementing feedback mechanisms.
  6. Assist in sales performance tracking by reviewing sales reports, identifying gaps or opportunities, and supporting the team in achieving branch targets.
  7. Ensure operational efficiency by supporting inventory management, process improvements, and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  8. Coordinate administrative tasks such as timekeeping, report generation, documentation, and permit renewals relevant to branch operations.
  9. Promote a culture of accountability and service excellence, in line with the organization's values and retail scorecard expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as Management Role in Food or Retail Industry
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
