Marketing Strategist for E-commerce Growth

Living in a bubble is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium campervan accessories. With operations worldwide, our mission is to empower van-lifers and adventurers with products that combine innovation, quality, and design.

About the Role
  • We're looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, scale our paid and organic channels, and strengthen our brand presence globally.

This role is central to our growth and requires someone who can balance performance-driven results with long-term brand building. You will be managing a team of at least 3 members full time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
  2. Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
  3. Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
  4. Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging that resonate with our vanlife community.
  5. Customer Journey: Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
  • Experience in Shopify.
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people.
  • Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
