E-Commerce Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our marketing team as an E-Commerce Marketing Assistant. This role will involve assisting with marketing strategies and business growth initiatives, as well as designing engaging graphics and visuals using Canva.

About the Role
  • This is a remote work opportunity that offers a flexible schedule with project-based tasks.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining e-commerce sites on Wix or Shopify, managing calendars and schedules efficiently, and performing basic video editing for marketing content.
  • You will also be responsible for setting up and sending mass email campaigns using Constant Contact, planning and executing social media content calendars and Facebook marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with marketing strategies and business growth initiatives
  • Design engaging graphics and visuals using Canva
  • Build and maintain e-commerce sites on Wix or Shopify
  • Manage and organize calendars and schedules efficiently
  • Perform basic video editing for marketing content
  • Set up and send mass email campaigns using Constant Contact
  • Plan and execute social media content calendars and Facebook marketing
Requirements
  • Experience with Canva, Wix, Shopify, and Constant Contact
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and automation
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Experience in social media marketing and email marketing
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design and branding
