We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in growing our global network of recruitment partners.
This is a key role in driving student enrollment targets while building lasting, strategic relationships with international recruitment agencies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies globally
- Source and sign new agents in strategic markets
- Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
- Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
- Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
- Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM software
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
