We're Hiring: International Sales Manager

Robinsons Land Corporation is expanding globally, and we're looking for a high-performing International Sales Manager to lead and grow our international property sales.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in international real estate sales & marketing

Strong network and connections in the US, Japan, and Canada

Must hold a valid US visa

Ability to bring in immediate sales and drive revenue growth

Must have a team of at least 5–8 International Property Specialists (preferably with US, Canada, or Japan visas)

Compensation & Benefits:

International Sales Manager Allowance: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 monthly

Property Specialist Allowance: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 monthly

Competitive commissions + performance incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a global sales team

Build and strengthen relationships with investors and buyers abroad

Represent Robinsons Land in international roadshows, events, and client presentations
