Senior Financial Analyst Position

In this role, you will play a key part in the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing forecasts to support business decisions.

You will work closely with Operations to complete daily margin reports, identify discrepancies, and develop action plans to optimize performance.

  • Complete daily margin reports in partnership with Operations.
  • Support data accuracy by investigating discrepancies and assumptions for cost estimations.
  • Hold weekly review calls with Operations to discuss trends and performance.
  • Provide variance analysis and follow-up on opportunities to improve data accuracy.
  • Assist Operations in completing the Monthly Forecast Process.
  • Understand all assumptions that go into building the financial forecast.
  • Hold monthly review calls with stakeholders to discuss forecast changes versus prior submissions.
  • Analyze client, site, geography, and department P&Ls.
Requirements

We are seeking someone with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify opportunities for change and improvement.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply assessment measurement and evaluation techniques.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to add personal wisdom and experience to come to the best conclusion and solution.
