Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Chief Information Security Officer serves as a key member of the executive team, responsible for designing and implementing security systems to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a multi-year cybersecurity strategy, focusing on mitigating cyber risk and ensuring long-term protection.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and implement quarterly, annual, and long-term cybersecurity goals, articulating strategies and metrics for executive leadership.
  • Partner with senior leaders on major security initiatives, supporting secure software development lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with SOC and ISO 27001 teams to establish robust security standards and governance structures.
  • Lead Security Incident Response, Third Party Information Security Assessment, Data Protection, Encryption, Identity & Access Management, and Privileged User Access efforts.
  • Define governance and control strategies for emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, containerization, and blockchain.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Related Work Experience: Key Industry certifications in Information Security, such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA.
