Financial Strategist Role

We seek a highly skilled Financial Strategist to join our executive leadership team. As a key member of our finance and accounting function, you will play a central role in driving our financial strategy and operational success.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive financial insights, guiding the executive team's fiscal planning and growth. They will oversee a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs.

  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth.
  • Manage cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and drive financial accountability across all departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory compliance.
  • Lead multi-entity payroll processing, working closely with HR and other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Tax Compliance & Filing

  • Oversee tax-related responsibilities, including income tax filings, multi-state tax compliance, and required submissions.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure timely, accurate filing and reporting of taxes.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support

  • Assist executive leadership in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis for potential acquisitions.
  • Provide insights and support for financial modeling and projections related to acquisition opportunities.

KPI Development & Monitoring

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive both team-level and business-wide performance.
  • Analyze KPI trends and make data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement in financial operations and strategic outcomes.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements across all entities.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategy formulation as part of the executive team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for growth, acquisitions, and other business opportunities, utilizing financial analysis and modeling.
