Job Title:

Fiscal Strategist

Description:

The Chief Financial Officer will spearhead financial operations, crafting a long-term vision for the company's fiscal planning and performance.

  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, encompassing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury management
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the CEO, executive team, and board of directors
  • Maintain cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion initiatives
  • Supervise financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations
  • Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and inform data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Collaborate with other executives on strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate development
