The position of Architecture Manager Assistant involves supporting the manager in administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Task Coordination: Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp, guaranteeing efficient project delivery
- Architectural Support: Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings, applying knowledge of USA architectural structures
- Project Documentation: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking, facilitating data-driven decision-making
- USA Structure Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of USA architectural concepts, applying them effectively in communications and task management
- Client & Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp
- Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures
