Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

This position involves working within our Customer Experience team to provide timely and effective support to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing comprehensive product knowledge and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services
  • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in customer support processes and procedures
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Product Knowledge

Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to customers as needed, including onboarding and ongoing support

Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services

Process Improvement

Identify and address areas for improvement in customer support processes and procedures, including feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant Australian payroll experience (e.g. KeyPay)
