Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization, providing exceptional customer service and support.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.
  • Assist customers with technical queries, escalating complex issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry (preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or glass industry).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
  • High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
