Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute thorough code reviews to enforce industry coding standards and best practices.">
  • Ensure that web applications are designed and maintained for optimal performance, scalability, and security.">
  • Guide, mentor, and upskill team members to strengthen technical expertise, particularly in React and modern web development practices.">
  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups) in close collaboration with stakeholders.">
  • Champion the adoption of emerging web technologies and implement process improvements to reduce technical debt.">

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • Certifications in relevant web technologies or agile methodologies are a plus.">
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and enforcing coding quality through rigorous code reviews.">
  • In-depth knowledge of React, modern web development practices with a strong focus on performance optimization and security.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and stakeholders.">
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.">
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies to drive efficient project management.">
