
Medical Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of virtual assistants. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our team to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day tasks and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with clients to create task lists that drive productivity and profitability.
- Work closely with clients to help them grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Clients.
- Mitigate client concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate issues, negotiate, and more.
- PREFERRED DEGREE IN A MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE-RELATED FIELD.
- AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL MANAGEMENT/REMOTE MANAGEMENT.
- HIGHLY PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND ORAL).
- ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND WITH HIGH-LEVEL PROFESSIONALS.
- SELF-STATER, MOTIVATED, FOCUSED, ORGANIZED, AND GROWTH-MINDED.
- EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (PREFERRED).
- ABILITY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AND CREATE SOLUTIONS.
- EFFICIENT IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS AND GOOGLE SUITE.
- OPEN TO WORKING NIGHT SHIFTS.

- COMPUTER PROCESSOR: INTEL CORE I5-5000 OR AMD RYZEN 5.
- MEMORY/RAM: 8.00 GB.
- OPERATING SYSTEM: WINDOWS 10/11 64-BIT OR MACOS VENTURA.
- HEADSET: USB-TYPE HEADSET WITH NOISE-CANCELLING FEATURE.
- CAMERA: CAPABLE OF CLEAR VIDEO OUTPUT.
