Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of virtual assistants. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our team to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists that drive productivity and profitability.
  • Work closely with clients to help them grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Clients.
  • Mitigate client concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate issues, negotiate, and more.
Qualifications:
  • PREFERRED DEGREE IN A MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE-RELATED FIELD.
  • AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL MANAGEMENT/REMOTE MANAGEMENT.
  • HIGHLY PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND ORAL).
  • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND WITH HIGH-LEVEL PROFESSIONALS.
  • SELF-STATER, MOTIVATED, FOCUSED, ORGANIZED, AND GROWTH-MINDED.
  • EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (PREFERRED).
  • ABILITY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AND CREATE SOLUTIONS.
  • EFFICIENT IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS AND GOOGLE SUITE.
  • OPEN TO WORKING NIGHT SHIFTS.
