Job Overview

This role is accountable for supervising and guiding a team of remote workers, ensuring alignment between the worker's performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for client-remote worker pairs to meet required targets set by clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-remote worker pairs.
  • Work closely with clients to enhance their business growth using our services.
  • Maintain strong relationships between medical clients and remote workers.
  • Address client concerns, anticipate growth opportunities, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate high-level issues, negotiate, etc.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare/medical management/remote management (familiar with operational processes).
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure, work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-oriented.
  • Capacity to think critically, understand requirements, and create solutions if needed.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
