
Medical Operations Director

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of virtual assistants and clients. Your key responsibility will be to lead a team of virtual assistants and focus on delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have prior experience in healthcare or medical management. They must also be highly proficient in English, both written and oral, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate with senior professionals in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, operate, and resolve issues within a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to achieve set targets.
- Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
- Work closely with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical's services.
- Manage medical client-VA relationships.
- Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, negotiate, and escalate high-level issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical management is highly preferred.
- At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (Operational Processes).
- Highly proficient in English (written and oral communication).
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with senior professionals in a team environment.
- Focused, organized, and driven individual with a growth mindset.
- Experience in Training and Development (preferred but not required).
- Thinking outside the box: can understand requirements and develop creative solutions.
- Efficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
