The Digital Workplace Adoption Lead plays a key role in driving conglomerate-wide adoption of digital workplace technologies. This position is part of the Centre of Excellence and focuses on increasing productivity among employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Analyze how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions, seeking opportunities for reapplication across the organization.
  • Understand current solution usage, determining adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Provide support for end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, team player, self-motivated, proactive, and requires little supervisory attention.
