
Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our clients' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide excellent service in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend solutions.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (email and chat support; experience in other channels is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form.
