Timekeeping

a Preparation of timekeeping for payroll processing.

b.      Ensures accurate encoding and proper uploading of recorded time in and out of employees

c Checks accuracy of filing of Service Incentive leave, Birthday leave and other leave benefits as mandated by law as well as monitoring of such leaves.

d.      Processing of attendance for final pay claims.

Payroll Processing and benefits administration

a Ensures accuracy of payroll data in a timely manner.

b.      Answers daily queries of employees concerning payroll and benefits.

c Generates payroll reports.

d.      Administers internal and statutory benefits processing (SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth) which include processing of employee application for benefits and updates information and the like.

Handles the preparation of compensation-related documents such as certificate of contribution, Maternity/Sickness Benefit Computation, Maternity/Sickness Reimbursement, HDMF & SSS Loans and other related government documents.

e. Point person for HMO related concerns

  • Assists the HR and Admin Manager during Salary Review preparation.
  • In charge of Job Offer preparation and negotiation for shortlisted applicants.

Other Functions:

a Attends HR and Admin Monthly Operations Review

b Complies with ISO requirements in terms of HR process.

c Submits area of assignment's report and present such during HR MOR.

d.      Acts as the custodian of 201 Files together with the HR Staff for Talent Acquisition. Safekeeps and Ensures confidentiality of employee's pertinent documents.

e Collabs with the Admin Officer in terms of Admin Group's issues and concerns.

f Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Onboarding and Refresher– HR 101's Compensation and Benefits

Represents the Company together with the HR & Admin Manager whenever there is a complaint arising from employment.  Support the HR and Admin Manager as representative of the company when it comes to DOLE and NLRC mediation hearing
