We are seeking highly organized and dedicated professionals to fill the role of Customer Service Experts.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls with exceptional communication proficiencies.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, cultivating enduring relationships through transparent dialogue.
- Maintain thorough records of customer engagements, update customer accounts, and organize documentation.
- Strive for customer satisfaction in every interaction and adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
To excel in this role, you will possess a proactive demeanor with meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time management competencies, and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 1-year verified experience as a Customer Service Representative within B2C or B2B contexts.
- Proficient English communication abilities, both written and verbal, achieving at least a B2 proficiency level.
- Technologically adept and well-versed in contemporary tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be able to use word-processing software and spreadsheets, and be familiar with online calendars and scheduling systems.
