Job Description

The role of an Onboarding Specialist - Pre Trade Services is to support the daily activities of Markets Client Data Team. This team is a global hub that supports Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and New York.

The team works closely with Pre Trade Services, Sales, Relationship, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient and timely market/regulatory setups and lifecycle updates.

  • Workflow Management: Monitor all workflows across regions to ensure requests are completed on time and accurately.
  • Email Request Monitoring and Assignment: Regularly review email boxes, complete requests according to SLA, prioritize urgent requests, and ensure proper handover to the next shift with justification for non-urgent requests.
  • Bulk Request Management: Negotiate ETA per standard SLA for bulk projects and ensure completion without SLA breach; engage relevant teams to renegotiate ETA or reprioritize.
  • Responding to Escalations: Respond quickly and follow the hierarchy, keeping Line Managers and relevant management in the loop.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, and markets product lifecycles;
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services operations and markets products lifecycles;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment;
  • Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and organized working style;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Customer service skills.
