Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Your role will involve issuing invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner, processing payments through the online banking platform, and uploading and coding invoices into the ERP system.

You will also assist in preparing documents and reports for audit and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to Group Financial Policies and internal controls. Additionally, you will provide support to business units in resolving merchant-related queries, contribute to the efficiency of financial and operational workflows, and prepare and review month-end and year-end financial reports.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong working relationships are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, with 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in ERP systems and online banking processes.

High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial for success in this role. The candidate must also be willing to report onsite to the Makati office four days a week.
