  • Attending seminars and meetings to stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team.
  • Reporting claims, patient discharge, and daily progress billing updates to the Department Head, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Processing payments from insurance companies and preparing daily deposits, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Submitting claims to various insurance companies electronically or by paper, adhering to established protocols.
  • Resolving patient billing complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, requesting repairs as necessary to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned by the Department Head, supporting the team's objectives and contributing to overall success.
